Gold Military | Description

Eligibility: Active and veteran Canadian military individuals only. Family members are not eligible.
Requirements:
- Ages 19–74
- Valid NDI 20 or NDI 75 military issued photo ID
- Official National Defence or Coast Guard photo ID accepted
- Not eligible: fire, police, ambulance, civilians, reserves, or military family members/spouses
- CF1 cards are not accepted
Student Passes | Description

The Student Gold Pass offers full Gold Pass access and benefits at a discounted rate for eligible full-time post-secondary students.
What’s Included:
- Unlimited Alpine skiing and riding
- Unlimited Nordic skiing and snowshoeing
- 7-day-a-week access including night skiing
- All Gold Pass Holder benefits, see Xtra’s for full details
Eligibility includes full-time College/University students ages 18-64 studying at an accredited university or college with proof of full-time enrollment during 2026/2027 ski season. (Verification of Fall 2026 & Winter 2027 term is required).
Co-op students and Apprentices are eligible if you are in school for at least 8 weeks during the fall & winter semesters and must present a letter from your school’s administration office stating the period you are in school. Please note: Paid work or apprenticeship hours alone do not qualify toward full-time status
To qualify for the discounted Student pass (College/University), please submit all the following documents:
- Your Co-op or Apprenticeship documentation if applicable.
- A copy of your current FULL TIME course curriculum/registration showing dates and times for classes with your name & student ID printed on it.
- Your tuition statement showing full or partial payment of your course fees/letter of enrolment with your student number on it.
- Valid government picture ID such as; driver’s license, passport or B.C. ID
- All documents must confirm all details below:
- Coverage of the period from December 2026 through April 2027
- Full name of Student
- Includes letterhead of accredited College or University
- Full-time enrollment (Full-time is defined as taking 3 or more courses for both the fall & winter semesters)

Seasonal Alpine Rental Add-On | Limited inventory
Rent once for the entire season, save time and money. Seasonal rentals include ski, ski boots and poles or snowboard, snowboard boots and bindings. Limited quantities are available so book your seasonal rental soon. 100$ Rental Deposit per seasonal rental will be taken during equipment pickup, and will be refunded once equipment has been returned
Season Rental Damage Waiver Add-On
The damage waiver covers the cost of minor repairs that may occur. It DOES not cover damage caused by negligence or reckless skiing or boarding. Furthermore, it DOES NOT cover loss and/or theft of the gear.

Cruise the trails this summer in the Mt. Washington Bike Park! Offering a variety of lift-accessed downhill mountain bike trails, with beginner to expert terrain, a skills park, and exciting new expansions! Big things are in store for The Bike Park. Seasonal Shuttle Bus Add-On | Limited inventory
Mount Washington Alpine Resort has a Ski & Ride Shuttle Bus available December-April to everyone travelling to and from the Comox Valley to Mount Washington on a daily basis during the winter ski season. Pickup and drop-off locations are located throughout the Comox Valley, and no advanced reservations are required when you purchase this add-on with your winter alpine or Nordic season pass.

Season passes are non-transferable and non-refundable. Refunds are only available if the Refundable Pass option is purchased at the time of sale, and only in cases of illness or injury or relocation due to employment, with current supporting documentation.
If the refundable option is not purchased, we are unable to issue a refund. The required supporting documentation:
- Illness or Injury: A current, up-to-date doctor’s note confirming injury or illness (Please note that MRI reports, radiology or laboratory reports, and prescriptions are not accepted as official documentation.)
- Refunds do not apply to interim or temporary injuries/illnesses.
- Employment-Related Relocation: Proof of relocation by current employer off Vancouver Island and surrounding islands due to employment transfer. Voluntary relocation for work or travel does not qualify.

Auto Renew from 2025/26 is no longer active, everyone needs to repurchase their Season Pass. Note: any other add-on products (Locker, Bus Season Rental, Refundable Option, etc.) selected will automatically auto-renew. If you want to change any add-ons, you will need to cancel auto-renew and repurchase.
